Elim's Unique Fee Structure For 2012 – 2013 (till May)
Elim Childcare and Preschool is run by a Charitable and Educational Trust, committed to quality community service and development, according to the principles of God's Most Holy Word, the Bible.
Therefore, we have planned a unique fee structure, affordable to people from all classes of society, without compromising on our commitment for high quality.
Elim does not charge any amount other than the monthly fee, except the one-time Registration fee of Rs 1,000.00 and refundable Security Deposit of Rs 2,000.00. If siblings join Elim for Childcare or Preschool, we do not charge any Registration fee for the second child. Transportation and meals are optional and for which parents need to pay. For both transportation and meals, Elim has a flexible system which helps the parents to pay according to the usage.
Elim does not charge application fee.

package system @ Rs 5,000.00 for children age between 2 and 6. This includes
3 - 3.5 hours of Preschool in the morning and 6-7 hours of Childcare thereafter.

Payment of Fees
1. Fee to be paid on a monthly basis, beginning of every month.
2. Fee does not include any meals. The school has facility to provide snacks and meals, but additional rates will be charged for the same. The monthly charge for snacks and meals is flexible depending upon the items and portions a child requires. The fee varies from Rs 300.00 to Rs 600.00 per month.
General Conditions:
1. Fees mentioned above do not include books, stationeries, daycare kits, educational trips, and transportation.
2. For those children who attend the preschool, if transportation required, school owned vehicles are available for transportation. The school also provides conditional transportation for daycare children. Transportation charges vary depends on the location and kms covered.
3. Under no condition will any refund be made once the child is granted admission to the School.
4. Withdrawal from the School should be notified to the office by submitting a written notice, giving one full calendar month in advance, failing which, the refundable security deposit would be forfeited.
5. If the fees are not paid on time, parents can be asked to withdraw their children or a fine charged at the discretion of the School.
6. Absence from the School without written intimation to the School office for more than two weeks may result in the child’s name being removed from the school rolls.
7. Fees may be paid by cash or cheque, made in favor of “India Covenant Ministries”, payable at Bangalore.
