Elim Summer Camp 2012

Elim Childcare and Melody (our Music Centre) together plan to organize the Summer Camp 2012.

Features of the Summer Camp 2012:

·         Learning instrumental music (Piano, keyboard, and guitar)

·         Vocal music training and learning songs

·         Art & Craft, clay modeling, and painting

·         Moral and spiritual lessons from biblical characters & parables (from the lives of Noah, Moses, David, Daniel, Jonah, etc)

·         Ball games, cycling, children’s cricket, and badminton

For the Summer Camp 2012, we will be having basic piano and guitar lessons in small groups in order to create an awareness and interest for instrumental music among children and identify the talented ones. Children will be taught hymns and choruses in order to promote God-honoring music. 

The lessons will be taught by teachers from Elim Childcare and Melody. We also have guest teachers who have graduate degree in Piano. We will be following notation method and other creative ways of teaching musical instruments to children. Our centre has traditional and digital pianos, keyboards, and guitars for this purpose.

Our centre also has facilities for art and craft, water painting, sand filled play area with playing equipments, adjacent ground for outdoor games, well equipped children’s library, etc.
